Panicum Heavy Metal is a low maintenance narrow bunching blue-green switch grass that prefers full sun. Butterflies and songbirds are attracted to its dramatic airy pink tinted blooms in July that serve as a stunning focal point.  Panicum Heavy Metal can be used for borders, privacy mass plantings or in containers. It is deer and drought resistant preferring full sun and clay or sandy soil with good drainage.
