Dense and rounded mound shaped with a variegated green (silvery midrib) color in the summer this erect grass keeps its color throughout the season. In the fall the bloom turns a light purple/silver. This grass is deer resistant, drought and heat tolerant and prefers full sun with dry to moist well drained soil. Miscanthus Gracillimus is a low maintenance easy to grow with very low maintenance and should be cut down in late winter to promote spring growth.
