Calamagrostis Overdam is a variegated Feather Reed Grass which thrives in northern climates because its more of a  cool-season grower. However, it will tolerate heat and humidity when planted in part shade. Mixes well in flowering perennial beds. Cutting back at the end of winter will allow for new growth and late spring flowering.
