About Us
Our company was established in 2005 by Jose Ortiz in Geneva, Ohio, and has been responsible for providing outstanding ornamental grasses, perennials, trees, and shrubs ever since.
JAO Nursery specializes in providing wholesale native and ornamental grasses along with excellent customer service and great prices. We sell our quality grasses only as large "bare root" divisions.
Our inventory includes 32 different species of ornamental grasses, of which three are patented and several are native to Ohio.
We propagate 100% of our crops in Perry, Ohio.
